Payment
We accept cash (USD, IDR, EUR), bank transfer, or PayPal.
Payments via PayPal are subject to an additional 3% fee.
For bookings made more than one month in advance, a 20% down payment is required as confirmation or based on mutual agreement.
Transportation
Hotel pickup and drop-off are available within Yogyakarta City (hotel or train station).
Airport pickup/drop-off at Yogyakarta International Airport or transportation outside Yogyakarta City is considered an additional service.
Trekking and Safety
Participants must be in good physical condition and follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
The trekking itinerary may change depending on:
- Weather conditions
- Mountain safety status
- National park regulations
- Force majeure situations
Guide decisions related to safety are final.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
Down payment is non-refundable.
Rescheduling is possible depending on availability and weather conditions.
If the mountain is officially closed due to safety reasons, the trek may be rescheduled.
